Welcome to Shafiq Press. The following terms and conditions govern the use of and commerce on our website. These terms apply to all transactions and engagements with Shafiq Press’s website, services, and products.

1. General Conditions

  • By ordering from Shafiq Press, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which apply to all orders placed with Shafiq Press for the purchase and sale of any of our products or services.

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before delivery of any product. Shafiq Press reserves the right to request an advance payment at any time to initiate an order.
  • All prices and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupee. Payment can be made through bank deposit, cash on delivery, or by debit and credit cards.

3. Product Approval

  • Customers must approve all final proofs or samples before the production of custom orders. By approving the final proofs, the customer accepts responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are detected after approval, Shafiq Press is not responsible for these.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery charges are not included in the price and are borne by the customer. Delivery terms, including the choice of the carrier and shipping costs, will be agreed upon at the time of order.
  • Shafiq Press will make every effort to meet the delivery deadlines provided at the time of your order. However, occasional delays may occur. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and handing it over to a reliable carrier for shipping.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled by the customer prior to the start of production, subject to any incurred costs by Shafiq Press up to the point of cancellation.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only provided in case of non-conformity with the approved proofs or due to defects in workmanship.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Shafiq Press is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or costs due to defective products, delays, or other occurrences.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials displayed or performed on the Shafiq Press site (including, but not limited to text, graphics, articles, photographs, images) are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, used, or represented without the express permission of Shafiq Press.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments to these terms will be posted online. Continued use of the site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
