Refund and Redo Policy:

  • Given the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or redo the production if you are dissatisfied with the final product once it has been produced and delivered. We strive to provide clear and accurate previews before production to minimize any discrepancies.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • It is your responsibility to review and approve all final proofs before production. Any errors identified post-approval are not eligible for a refund or redo.
